职位介绍

主要职责:
在深圳办事处任职,主要职责如下:
1.探索中国市场—为我们在南美的经营单位的主要品类设置报价。
2.进行市场调查和需求分析(南美和其他地区),负责南美市场营销区域的协调工作。
3.通过现场考察和预评估活动开发新的供应商和/或工厂。
4.根据南美(秘鲁、哥伦比亚、厄瓜多尔、玻利维亚、墨西哥)经营单位的实际和潜在需求不断推出新产品。
5.负责中国新产品质量评估的协调工作。
6.与中国供应商进行业务谈判。
7.与内部和外部客户建立稳固的合作关系。
8.为新账户的开立流程提供支持。
9.为活动方案进行预成本核算。
10.使供应商的数据库保持更新。
11.与中国区经理密切合作。
12.提出并制定中国区办事处的年度商业提案战略。
13.为中国区总监交办的其他活动提供支持。
14. 业务开发人员
要求:
1.精通英语(书面/口语)。
2.拥有出色的沟通技巧,能够胜任不同业务级别的工作。
2.具有强大的客户服务能力。
3.国际商务、工商管理等与贸易业务相关的学位优先。
4.至少具有5-10年的销售/贸易经验
5.具有家电、厨具、电子等品类销售经验和一般的零售市场销售经验者优先。
6.分析能力强,能够熟练使用Microsoft office。
7.能胜任岗位本职工作,吃苦耐劳,抗压能力强。
8.计划和组织能力强。
9.愿意在中国各地出差以开发新的供应商。
Main Responsibilities:
The Merchandiser position is based in Shenzhen office and has main responsibilities as follows:
1. Explore China market - Main categories to set the offer to our operation units in South America
2. Execute market research and demand analysis (South America and others), coordinate with Marketing area in South America.
3. Develop new suppliers and/or factories through the on-site visit and Pre-Assessment activities.
4. Continuously propose new products according to the real and potential demand of operation units in South America (Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Mexico)
5. Coordinate sample quality evaluation in China for new products.
6. Negotiate business conditions with suppliers in China.
7. Build strong relationship with internal and external clients.
8. Support the opening process of new accounts.
9. Run Pre-costing process for the proposal activities.
10. Keep updated the supplier’s database.
11. Work closely and proactively with China Manager.
12. Propose and develop the annual commercial proposal strategy of the China office.
13. Support other activities to be assigned by China Director.
14. This position covers mainly the duties of Business Developer
Requirements:
1. Fluent English (written/oral).
2. Excellent communication skills with ability to work with different business levels.
2. Strong customer service skills.
3. School degree International Business, Business Administration other related to Trading business is strongly preferred.
4. Sales/Trading experience minimum 5 -10 years
5. It is strongly preferred to have experience on categories as home appliances, Kitchenware, electronics, etc. and general sales to retail market.
6. Good analysis skill, proficient in Microsoft office
7. Be good at corresponding capacity and working hard and be competent for the high-handed working.
8. Be good at the skill of planning and organize.
