岗位职责：
1. Be in charge for the daily management on quality assurance and quality control in company,
including in-house and at suppliers。
负责品质部门包括 IQC/IPQC/QC 的日常运作，和整个公司产品的品质控制；
2. Planning, arrangement and execution for quality assurance and quality control in company;
计划，安排，执行公司品质控制系统以保证其正常运作；
3. Keep the quality standard to meet the requirements from client;
保证品质标准满足客户需求；
4. Coordination and execution during the external audit and certification;
协调和执行内部和外部审核和认证；
5. Handling and improving on the client complain and following up on the continue improvement;
处理客户投诉，跟进持续改善行动；
6. Quality system ISO9001 annual maintenance and audit;
与相关部门共同建立产执行品质系统及相关文件；
7. Appraisal, guidance and improvement on suppliers;
评估，指引，和协助改善供应商品质；
8. Quality cost controlling; 品质成本的控制；
9. Conduct the other mission which assigned by superior .
执行上级安排的其他任务；
任职要求：
1..Bachelor degree of Engineering preferably in Mechanical discipline
机械工程类，本科以上学历 ;
2. More than 8 years in quality field, preferably in household appliance .Minimum 3 – 4 years working
experience in quality area as a manager ;
8 年以上品质管理经验，最好从事过家电行业，至少有三到四年的品质经理任职经验；
3. Working knowledge of quality system standards ISO9000, QS 9000, and
89/109/EWG
品质系统管理知识丰富，如 ISO9000, QS 9000, ISO/TS 16949 等；
4. Have solid background to lead the external audit . 对外部审核机构有丰富的应对经验。
5. Fluent in oral in written English and Chinese 中英文表达能力强；
6. Good co-operation and co-ordination skill 良好的合作和协调能力；
7. Result Orientation, self motivated, enthusiastic, energetic with outstanding negotiation and
persuasion skills
