Key Responsibilities:
1. Source the right products/factories to meet NPI and mass production product’s requirement;
2. Negotiate price/lead time/terms with vendors.
3. Communicate program approval to vendors and ensure that the factory has the correct approves sample before they go into mass production.
4. Troubleshoot any issues that come up in production and work with factory to ensure on-time delivery.
5. Create strong relationships with all of our key vendors.
Requirements:
1. 4-5years sourcing experience, working experience at power filed is preferred.
2. CET-4 is minimum and CET-6 is better, good English skills, speaking/listening/writing.
3. Be willing to work under pressure, detail-oriented& good team spirit.
4. Flexible work style and EMS experience is preferred.
