岗位职责:
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.
What you can expect
? In your role as Transport Management Business Expert, you design and optimize transport management processes and system solutions with focus on the new Verbund site, BASF Integrated Site (BIG) in South China. You will support the translation of business requirements into system solutions, in compliance with BASF standards and Chinese regulations.
Main tasks
During Project Phase:
? Identify, structure and prioritize internal and external business requirements on transport management process solutions.
? Become project lead for the "Iso-Tank Management System" (ITMS) to better manage a large fleet of dedicated containers.
? Continuous alignment and communication with key stakeholders.
? Act as key interface to the Site Logistics Team and ensure that all interfaces between Supply Chain and Logistics are well defined and implemented, both from system as well as business process perspective.
? Facilitate digitalization, automation and innovation requirements in the area of transport management and drive the transactional processes change accordingly, support to improve the end-to-end supply chain visibility and agility
? Support setting up the data connection of external logistics service providers with BASF.
? Deploy SAP TM module implementation include system upgrade (implementation of Transport Management and conversion to S4 Hana) for all project phases.
? Assure successful scope implementation and handover to the operational teams.
During Operations
? 1st level support to the users on site for all Transport Management related solutions, assist in trouble shooting and training of the users.
? Develop digital method to track and analyze transportation management KPIs and improve service level & costs.
? Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement measures in the area of transport management transactional processes.
任职要求:
Job requirements
? Education:
o Bachelor / master of business administration or similar educational background
o 5+ years supply chain experience with an understanding of end-to-end supply chain and focus on Transport Management
o Lean Six Sigma - yellow belt or higher is an asset
? Technical and Professional Knowledge:
o Supply Chain Management / process knowledge, strong SAP experience
o Deep understanding on Transport Management and interfacing process areas
o Analytical thinking, good communication skills.
o Fluent (active contribution and participation in discussion including technical topics and terms) in English and Chinese is essential.
? General Capabilities:
o Comfortable working in highly complex environment with multiple stakeholders and with strong pressure to deliver on time and on budget
o Embraces uncertainties and is not afraid to challenge status quo
o Strong interest in driving digitalization in business
o Good at both Mandarin and English
