Main accountabilities:
1. Support NPI – Initate RFI/RFP/RFQ based on stakeholder needs, prepare benchmark with related cost analysis, and samples follow-up.
2. Supplier Relationship Management – Be responsible for supplier qualification, performance evaluation, rationalize the supply base.
3. Cost and Price Management – Develop cost management program for purchases, Perform cost/benefit analyses, track and validate cost saving and cost avoidance
4. Negotiate good payment term
5. Be responsible for the preparation, administration, termination of contracts/purchase orders.
6. Communicate and coordinate with related stakeholders on behalf of sourcing team.
7. Follow up PO creation, approval and release and related documentation
8. Ensure the related work compliance with the requirements of product safety, legality, product quality, and management systems.
Experience:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Familiar with the electronics purchasing process
3. Good English communication skill.
4. Good negotiate skill/solution.
5. Well- know the related commercial terms.
6. 5 years above sourcing working experience.
7. Good player in teamwork.
8. Good working behavior and ethic.
9. Have good cost analysis and control sense, and clear thinking
