Responsibilities:
1. Help on implementations of Dynamic 365 to drive functional improvements and identify areas for business process improvement
2. Identify the root cause of issues, propose possible solution to resolve the issues with documentations for supporting user
3. Develop user manuals/guides
4. Work closely with internal developers and external solution providers for enhancing system to satisfy user's requirements
5. Monitor, facilitate and participate in system testing and deployment of the solution to ensure the reliability of the system function
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications
2. Minimum of 2 years hand on experience in Dynamic 365; Experience in D365 program development is preferred.
3.Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain module, including detail in setup is required. Other knowledge of any module would be an advantage.
4. Conversational speaking and written English is required.
