Our client is one of the world‘s leaders in general lighting for lighting professionals as well as end users, offering a broad variety of LED luminaires, advanced LED lamps, intelligent Smart Home & Smart Building solutions as well as traditional light sources.
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. Defining and managing a sustainable product portfolio for major focus markets in APM for the achievement of business plans by BGs.
2. Anticipate new industry trends, changing needs and experiences of consumers/ markets, to translate them into market proposition and themes, new product creation and portfolio management opportunities.
3. Build up regional portfolio with tight alignment with global strategic team. Drive portfolio differentiation via value proposition and benchmark tools.
4. Annual preparation of the global strategic marketing plan and Business Plan (short- and long-term platform / product development roadmap).
5. Alignment with relevant PPMs and business partners (e.g. OS).
6. Establish a global consolidated business development plan with translated gap-analysis and needed conditions.
7. Define and review global pricing-strategy based on positioning.
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree and above.
2. More than 5 years of working experience, of which at least recent 2-3 years’ experience in product management field in lighting industry or consumer electronics industry.
3. Prefer 2-3 years’ experience in one of the fields of R&D, PE, Project management, Sales management.
4. Good oral and written English.
5. Working experience in international company would be a plus.
